Assisi Mission Hospital, Parappukara  Assisi Mission hospital is started on 1996 at Parappukkara in Thrissur district. It is a 50 beded hospital with different departments like Gynaecology, Peadiatric, Orthopeadic, Urology, General medicine etc.

St Francis Hospital, Vallakadavu  It is started in 1985 at Periyar, Vallakadavu to give healthcare to the Adivasis and the poor people of the High range Area.

Pratheeksha Bhavan, Irinjalakuda   Pratheeksha Training Centre a home for Mentally Challenged Children away from their home came into existence with the ardent desire and tremendous endeavour to rehabilitate the Mentally Challenged who are neglected and debarred in the modern world. This venture was established at Irinjalakuda in 1986 by Congregation of Sisters of Charity.

Since then a group of dedicated nuns inspired by the Founder father ( Servant of GOD AUGUSTINE JOHN UKKEN ) of the congregation and blessed by the compassionate love of Jesus has been extending their valuable services towards the Mentally Disabled children to make them bold enough to face the world.

• Pratheeksha Training Centre

Pratheeksha Training Centre is working under the Pratheeksha Charitable Society. There are 200 mentally challenged children, 21 special Trained Teachers and 14 assistant teachers are the inmates of Pratheeksha Training Centre. This training centre has the facility to train 250 mentally challenged children and hostel for80 children. There are physiotherapy unity, speech therapy sensory room training, early intervention unit, facilities for sports and games, music and dance, drawing and craft. There is a Vocational training centre for those who have completed their basic training 90 children are working there.

JEEVA Councelling Centre, Parappukara  Jeeva Charitable Society which is established in 1983 is the official Organization of Depaul Province for charitable activities. the society work for the overall development of the poor and marginalized without any cast or creed. JEEVA Counseling and psycho therapy centre at Parappukara is another institution functioning under this society.

St Thomas Craft Centre, Nadavarambu  St Thomas Craft Centre is a charitable society registered under Travencore cochin Literar and scientific societies registration Act. It came into existence in 1983. The registered office is Nadavarambu at Iringalakuda in thrissur district. The society work for the upliftment of the poor and marginalized people- especially for the women and children.

St. Antony Sadan Olanad    St . Antony's Sadan Olanad was established in 2007, at Olanad in Ernakulam district. It is a Psycho-Social rehabilitation centre for Mentally ill destitute women. There 35 Women are treated and cared by the sisters are here.

St. Stani Bhavan, Thavalapara  St. Stani Bhavan, Thavalapara was started in 2010 at Thavalappara in Ernakulam district. It is a home for the Destitute Men. There Are 21 inmates in this institution.

Charity Home, Aloor  Charity home at Aloor, in district is came to existence in 1973. This home takes care of women those who can't enter any status of life due their physical, mental or emotional problems.

Karunya bhavan, Puthenvelikara  Karunya bhavan ,Puthenvelikkara is the home for aged women. It is established in 1999.

St.Joseph's High school, Kannimala  True education produces a generation which realizes the responsibility towards the family, society and world in which they live in.St.Joseph's H.S is situated in a village named Kannimala,in Mundakayam panchayath,Kanjirappally taluk in Kottayam district.Most of the villagers are sundry workers, coolies and estate labourers who are economically,educationally,society backward.A tution centre was started under the management St.Joseph's Church ,Kannimala in 1974 with the intention of giving matriculate education to the children of the locality as it has the LP, UP schools.In this regard the present vicar of above said parish applied for a high school and the Govt. of Kerala approved and sanctioned the school in 1975. Focusing on the best quality education,the present management handed over the school to the coporate educational agency of Congregation of theSisters of Charity on 17-12-2003. Rev.Sr.Janet CSC was the first manager.To polish and sharpen the hidden talents of the students, a number of activities are taking place in school like nature club,health club,science club,safety club, rosary club ,energy conservation club,de-addition club,vidyarangam etc.Sr. ANISHA CSC is the present headmistress (2016-201).Around 200 children(VIII, IX,X -Mal& Eng Medium) are benefitted through the school ,each year.
