  Charity Convent at Anjalippa in Kottayam District in the Diocese of Kanjirapally. This is a home for the destitute irrespective of the caste and creed. They registered as a charitable society named Kanjirapally Social Relief Association for the upliftment of the poor. This is coming under this society and was established on 1st January 1960.Abhaya Bhavan looked after hundreds of unwanted, orphan aged people. At present there are 23 inmates. The sisters of Congregation of the Sisters of Charity is managing the institution from 1985 onwards. St.Vincent de Paul is the patron of this institution.
